Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight (our products, including pebbles, stone chips, and seashells, are sold by weight and can be heavier than typical items). Standard shipping within India takes 5–8 business days. Metro cities take 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or local courier conditions beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Packaging
Because our products are natural stone, glass, and shell items, we take extra care in packaging to prevent breakage or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
