Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Saifee Store. Please read our return and refund terms below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Due to the natural nature of our products (pebbles, seashells, and stone chips), slight variations in size, shape, and colour are normal and are not considered defects. To start a return, contact us at mustafa@saifeestore.in or call 8082013272 with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund for verified damaged/incorrect items — no return shipping required in this case.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale unless damaged or defective. Custom or bulk orders made to specification are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or product of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
